#53: Baby Billy's Bible Bunkers

In this episode. The boys return to the world of Todd Howard with some spicy takes on the new Fallout show from Jeff Bezos and Jonathan Nolan. The result is a very funny, super slick and surprisingly solid show in the realm of streaming shovel ware. Also talks of Trump's bad day at this year's Libertarian Convention, the upcoming ICC warrants against Bibi, the UK government being stupid, making fun of video game devs who just want to be film directors and reminiscing about Uwe Boll movies.

In this episode, the boys are once again joined by Snel to discuss the summer's most spineless movie, Civil War. A film that fails to say anything about politics, class, war, journalism, America or anything of substance. Also talks about the invasion of Rafah, Trump being BBF's with Hannibal Lecter, the Tiktokification of modern filmmaking and get into the weeds of what an actual American Civil War 2.0 would look like.

In this episode, the boys finish off the behemoth that is Star Wars by talking about about the extra stuff like books, games, comics, television shows. Much like the films we started excited and left tired and broken. Also talk about chaos at American college campuses, American burning it's international reputation for war criminals, how 2004 was the peak year for FPS games and how miserable it is to be an actual Star Wars fan right now.

#49: Star Wars 2/4: Revenge of the Prequels

In this episode, the boys return to Star Wars, this time to discuss the prequel trilogy. Which is as awful as you remember it, regardless of childhood nostalgia or irony poisoning. Awful CGI, offensive racial stereotypes and enough tonal whiplash to break ones neck. These movies suck! Also talk of the fall of The Artist Formerly Known As Diddy, Elon Musk's embarrassing deformation deposition, getting further into Lucas' bizarre politics and just mercilessly ribbing these movies and the fanbase that loves them.

#47: Dune Month 3/3: Chapterhouse Cleaning

In this episode, the boys close out Dune Month going through the lesser known entries of Dune as a franchise. Including the unmade Alejandro Jodorowsky movie, the 2000 Sci-Fi channel miniseries and some of the video games, old and new. Along with conversations about The US Government banning Tik-Tok, Jonathan Glazer being based, getting nostalgic about old cable television and our hatred of MMO games.

Starting with some thoughts on part 1 of Denis Villeneuve's adaption, thoughts on the books and Frank Herbert who sucks as a person. Also talk of Twinks getting swole, how drugs are actually good, Villeneuve's cinematic incel obsession and how much Paul Atreides and Osama bin Laden have in common.

To close out 9/11 month, Jordan returns to the pod after a short absence to talk about Stephen Gaghan's 2005 political thriller 'Syriana.' A film both about the price of doing business and politics for profit. Along with seemingly being designed to drive anyone with ADHD to the brink of madness. Also talk of based chad AMLO, actors playing against type and how capitalism can kill the soul sometimes faster than it can kill real-life people.
